AeroZen Float – A more gentle version of Aerial Yoga, this class is adaptable to most levels. Accessible variations of traditional yoga poses are adapted with the use of aerial hammocks which also challenges balance and body awareness, and provides a comforting compression during the floating savasana.
Gentle Yoga: This class includes a variety of therapeutic movements as well as traditional hatha yoga postures provides a well rounded class that draws beginners as well as seasoned yogis ready to slow down for an hour of meditative movement, slow flowing standing poses and soft stretching. Can be modified for any fitness level.
Restorative Yoga: Modern days are filled with work and stress, and we rarely take time for rest. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely, benefiting all the organ systems of the body, improving digestion, fertility, insomnia and generalized fatigue.
Yin Yoga – Experience a slow paced series of passive postures to release tension and enhance circulation. In addition to creating long and lean muscles, we’ll apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints, improving flexibility and increasing range of motion
