What is AeroZen?
AeroZen is Zen Body's aerial program. It includes AeroZen Float and AeroZen Fly.
AeroZen Yoga, also known as Aerial Yoga, combines traditional yoga postures with new movements using fabric hammocks, also referred to as a yoga swing. The yoga swing is suspended from the ceiling which allows us to playfully explore floating, fluid movements, and create space in the body without compressing joints and the spine.
Anyone can do an AeroZen class! We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels. The yoga swing is intended to assist with alignment and deepen your awareness. The swing, like any other prop used in yoga, becomes a learning tool.
Prior to attending your first AeroZen Fly class, you will be required to attend our AeroZen Basics workshop. There is no prerequisite for AeroZen Float.
Pre-registration is required for all of our AeroZen classes so that we can properly prepare the yoga swings for the class. AeroZen classes are limited to 12 students.
You will be asked to provide your height so we can properly prepare your hammock prior to class.
