AeroZen Kids Policies
What if we have to miss a class?
We hope you will make every effort to allow your child to attend every session. Research shows that when you practice consistently and challenge yourself, you will see better and faster results. Of course, sometimes missing a session is inevitable. Please note that we do not offer make up classes and we have a No Refund Policy.
Can I stay and watch the class?
Parents are welcome to observe the first class, but we find that the students receive more benefit from the lessons without a parent observing. Parents are welcome to wait in the lobby or to drop their child off for the duration of class. Parents and other guests will be invited to the last class on December 3 as a Showcase for the semester.
What should my child wear to class?
Recommended clothing includes fitted or comfy pants or long shorts that cover to the knee and a shirt with sleeves that cover the armpits. No jewelry allowed except for stud earrings. No clothing with zippers or things that can snag the fabric is allowed. We typically practice barefoot, but socks may be worn.
Each child and parent will be asked to sign a Behavioral Expectations form. We offer a 1:6 Teacher to Student Ratio for plenty of one-on-one support for each child. However, if your child is unable to maintain appropriate classroom behavior, he or she may be removed from the class. We do have a no refund policy, but you may transfer any unused fee to a future session or for private lessons if that is more appropriate for your child. Privates sessions are billed at $75 per hour.
Please remove your shoes before entering the studio.
If you have a cell phone with you, silence it and leave it in the hallway with your shoes.
Be quiet in the hallways and lobby while other classes are in session.
Children should avoid handling merchandise in the lobby unless a parent is present.
Students should arrive on time for class. Those who arrive early may be unable to get in to the lobby, and may be unsupervised. We do often lock the front door during class time for safety, so call the studio at 918.388.8799 if you are running late. Please be on time to pick up your child after class.
Zen Body does not offer refunds on workshops or children's programs, unless you cancel your reservation at least 14 days in advance. If you cancel in advance of this deadline, any paid fee will be refunded, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If your child must cancel his commitment to the semester once it has begun, you may transfer any unused portion to a future session, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
